Welcome to Birla Dharamshala Official. By reserving a room or residing on our premises near Ram Mandir, Ayodhya, guests agree to conform to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Registration & ID Verification
For security and compliance with local hospitality standards, guests must submit a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) for at least one primary guest during registration or via WhatsApp booking.
2. Satvik Environment & Peaceful Conduct
Birla Dharamshala Official maintains a strictly satvik, peaceful, and spiritual sanctuary. Consumption or possession of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, tobacco, smoking, or any unlawful or disruptive activity is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
3. Check-In & Check-Out Timings
Standard check-in and check-out rules apply. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and prior arrangement with the management.
4. Tariff, Taxes & Amenities
All published room rates are inclusive of GST and complimentary satvik breakfast unless otherwise specified. Geyser facility and clean bedding are included in every category.
5. Cancellation & Amendments
To cancel or modify your stay, please notify our guest support team at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Assistance is available via phone and WhatsApp.
